You are magnificent… celebrate you!
You were born into this world to experience the magnificence and love that lives inside of you. Every experience of your day is intended specifically for you. There are no mistakes and no ordinary moments. Celebrate the synchronicity of your life in this earthly world. Celebrate your friends, your loves and your losses. Celebrate your thoughts, your dreams and your fears. They are yours alone, they might seem the same as anyone else’s, but truly you are one-of-a-kind. You are a beautiful creature born to do wonderful and life-changing things. Only you can do what you do, think what you think, and be who you are. You are magnificent. Believe it and celebrate! Now that’s powerful!
Gratitude:
I am grateful for my individuality.
Intention:
I celebrate my life because I know I am a magnificent child of God.

Dear ones,
The human mind is a mysterious and powerful tool. As you have heard us say many times, through your mind you actually create your life experience. That’s the good news. The bad news is that because most people have a habit of thinking predominantly about what they don’t like about their lives that they tend to create and re-create what they don’t like. The challenge then is how to train our minds to think more about what is good in our lives than what what is wrong with them. So how do you do that?
In a word, GRATITUDE! Have you ever noticed how you cannot at the same time be thinking about what you are grateful for and be worrying about what is wrong? It just simply cannot be done. The more we can find ways to focus on what we’re grateful for, the better the outcome of our thinking; that because we will be thinking positive thoughts, thoughts of gratitude.
It has been said that it takes 21 days of repetition to change a habit. Sue Urda’s book, Powerful Intentions, Everyday Gratitude, is a wonderful tool to help us change habits of negitive thinking and worry. She gives us not just 21 days of positive thoughts, but rather 100 days of positive inspirations, gratitude and intentions. Now there is a powerful and excellent way to change your thinking habits.
Here’s a little experiment to show you what we mean. Take a moment to read the inspiration, “You Are Magnificent…Celebrate You”, above, and then read the Gratitude and Intention. Read it out loud and with enthusiasm. It is unlikely that you will feel negative emotions of any kind as you read and for a while afterward. Once you finish that exercise, imagine doing it every day for 100 days. Now that could make a powerful positive difference in your life experience!
Make it a week of gratitude!
Love and blessings,
Rick and Patricia
