The gate is open.  There is room for all.  Crossing the threshold into the Sanctuary of my soul, I experience myself as God.

Community:

Somewhere there are people
to whom we can speak with passion
without having the words catch in our throats.

Somewhere a circle of hands will open to receive us,
Eyes will light up as we enter,
voices will celebrate with us
whenever we come into our own power.

Community means strength that joins our strength
to do the work that needs to be done.
Arms to hold us when we falter

Dear Hearts,

Patricia and I just returned from a wonderful week at a spiritual conference in Monterey California. The conference is an annual event held by the United Church of Religious Science at the Asilomar (Spanish for – refuge by the sea) Conference Grounds. We were honored and privileged to have been invited to present our prosperity workshop, “Yes! You can be Nice and Rich.”

More importantly though is the amazing depth of love and and acceptance we found in the hearts of the participants. It was a profound experience to feel unconditionally loved and accepted by well over a thousand people, most of whom didn’t even know us.

I was trying to come up with a way to describe it all to you when Starhawk’s poem (above) came to mind. Some things only poets can describe.

We are deeply grateful for our great circle of friends, family, and “extended family” of which all of you are most certainly a part. Thank you, we love you all.
