Dear Hearts,

I gota tell ya, I really related to that little passage. I spent most of my life not having a clue as to what my inner landscape looked like, or even knowing there was one. Although I think, in the way-back of my mind, I was planing an excursion through that dark and mysterious forest on some tomorrow or another. I guess kept stalling on it for fear of what I might discover: Lions and tigers and bears – oh-my!

Then, while fumbling through my 45 year I stumbled on to an interesting saying, “The point of power is in the present moment.” That led me to a book: You Can Heal Your Life, by Louise Hay, which led to an intensive on Louise’ s philosophy, which turned out to be an expertly guided tour of my internal universe. Oh-my!

There were lions and tigers and bears, and-more. Through the process though, I have managed to tame the worst of them.They now reside happily in an internal petting zoo that is quite an interesting place to visit on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
