Dear Hearts,

Just about an hour ago, in a closing ceremony, we shared the above Hopi blessing with the group that participated in our Sedona, Arizona four day retreat and workshop. It is amazing how far we traveled on our life path from this small town of Sedona.

Breathing in the sacred breath of life we cleansed our bodies, minds and spirits with Healing Breathwork, prayers in the Medicine Wheel, and a shamanic dream-time journey. We feasted our eyes on the breath-taking beauty of the ancient red rocks, Oak Creek Canyon, and majestic Bald Eagles soaring high over Verde River Canyon. All of this while bathing in the subtle but powerful spiritual vortex energy of the area.

Ahhhh, and it was good!
