There are miracles happening around us all the time. In fact there are so many miracles happening so often that we don't notice them as miracles. Happenings as commonplace and  yet as complex as a sunrise, the birth of a baby, a song from a bird, a thought from our mind.  All ordinary everyday miracles but wondrous beyond belief. There are billions of human beings on our planet; each one unique and each one miraculous. Human thought is possibly the most common and yet the most mysterious and powerful of all miracles.  Our thoughts can fly us to the moon, deliver us to the bottom of the sea, move mountains and bore great holes into the earth. Our thoughts are capably of healing and of destroying. 

In this program we discuss the power of our thoughts and how they effect the chemistry and therefore the health of our bodies. How positive, loving thoughts and actions create healthy body chemistry and healthy bodies, and how negative angry thoughts and actions create unhealthy body chemistry unhealthy bodies. Most importantly though we describe methods for clearing old emotional blocks, opening to the concept unconditional love and compassion for yourself and others, and learning the importance of caring for your body. You will enjoy two special healing visualizations: one that guides you through your body, visiting the various components and listening to the messages they have for you, and another which will help you to visualize Divine healing light flowing through your body relaxing, repairing and rejuvenating all that it encounters.
